Goals and requirements

The range of services offered by ENGIE Deutschland GmbH covers all topics that are relevant for a sustainable energy future. In addition to resource-saving energy generation, this includes the necessary technology as well as the planning, construction and operation of building and energy technology systems. In addition to industry and commerce, ENGIE's customers also include local authorities and private households. ENGIE Deutschland GmbH was looking for a technical solution to make the deployment of temporary workers at 19 locations and construction sites across Germany quick and safe. ENGIE Deutschland GmbH opted for the vendor management system from AVAX GmbH (now compleet vendor), which would also support the customer in centralizing the processes involved in temporary staffing.

Implementation and result

compleet GmbH's initial task was to test a pilot project at two locations. As ENGIE Deutschland GmbH is a decentrally organized company, compleet was particularly keen to bundle the processes in a central system. The focus was on transparency, ease of use and clarity. compleet organized workshops at various ENGIE locations to train its employees on all questions relating to legal issues and risks. At the same time, the employees' fear of centralization and a new tool was allayed by demonstrating the simplicity of working with the compleet vendor. Following the success of the flagship project, both from a technical and employee perspective, the tool was successively rolled out at other locations throughout Germany. The ease of use is particularly noticeable for project managers. With just a few clicks, the compleet vendor enables them to easily order the necessary requirements.
