1. Manage and sort customer inquiries
All open customer inquiries are listed in the compleet SmartMatch overview. Use filters and sorting options such as title, requirement from, hiring date or branch to search specifically for relevant inquiries. Mark requests that are particularly important to you as favorites.
2. Display suitable candidates
Select a customer request to see how many matching candidates are available. The candidates are sorted according to their matching percentage, so you can immediately see the best matches. As a user of a third-party ATS, it only takes one more click to match the request with your applicant pool.
3. Create and send an exposé
